Connections for Kids’ Family Bridge Program delivers Outpatient Therapy services by licensed master level clinicians for children and adults ages 0-100 years old who meet Maine Care eligibility requirements and who live in Cumberland County.
Our Outpatient Therapy Program provides quality services to individuals and families in need of mental health counseling. Modalities used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy and Dialectic Behavioral Therapy.
Our TF-CBT (Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) therapists are trained through THRIVE (www.thriveinitiative.org), a proven evidence based treatment for youth who have experienced trauma.
Connections for Kids’ Community Support Services helps parents with their every day life struggles. We help them manage and maintain their children at home safely through structure and creating necessary routine. Connections for Kids works with families and their children on their mental health, behavioral challenges and basic needs. Connections for Kids is committed to best practice and measurable outcomes for their clients.

Who’s Eligible?
Children and Adults between the ages of 0-100 who are currently enrolled in Maine Care and live in York, Oxford and Cumberland County.
