Our Mission

Connections for Kids is a fully licensed mental health agency serving children, adults and families. We offer Outpatient Therapy for children, families and adults, Targeted Case Management for Children, Visitation Program, Home and Community Based Treatment (HCT) and Section 28, Rehab and Community Support Services for Children with Cognitive impairments and Functional Limitations.
